First of all, you need to purchase the Terrorbyte, an armored vehicle that will run you about $1.4 million. Once you do that, you will need to do some favors for a character named Paige Harris. Paige Harris will give you some contract missions that she will want you to complete. You will need to do at least 5 client jobs for Paige and then you can get the trade price for the Oppressor MK II.

Although the trade price for the MK II Oppressor is $2 million less than the original price, you will not be saving $2 million by the end. The fact of the matter is, you are already spending nearly $1.4 million to get the Terrorbyte to start getting the Oppressor MK II trade price. That means your savings will already be less than $1 million.
Although you will get some money for completing client jobs for Paige, some of the missions will require other players for you to complete them. Not only that, but a mission will require you to buy a Drone Station which further increases the cost. The savings you will get for getting the Trade Price for the Oppressor MK II will be minimal at best.
